ESSVANA WYTCHFYRE. Tootsie was a 13year old gold/white shih-tzu,whelped 4th February 1990 her sire was USA Import
Dragonfires All American Boy and her dam was my homebred Misty Poo's at Essvana who was of Greenmoss and Shih-Fon lines.
Toots was the proud winner of 2 Reserve Challenge Certificates :the first @ Midland Counties Championship Show October 1993 where the judge was breed specialist Jackie Perry and the second was@ Bath Championship Show in May 1994 where the judge was the late great Harry Jordan.Toots is the half sister to my 15year old Essvana Cruella De Ville [JW] Sybil who was her constant companion .
"Toots " was a faithful and brave little dog who saved me and the other dogs from a fire.Around about 1993 when we lived in Bristol a fire started in our house in the early hours of the morning. I was overcome by smoke fumes and could have died -brave little Toots who slept with me kept barking and scratching at my neck until I managed to crawl out of bed and get downstairs to let the other "little girls"into the safety of the garden.
It was a terrible shock for Peter to find dear little Toots motionless-we will never forget her-forever in our hearts ...
